General Conditions
By using the Dead Sea Beauty website or any other website owned or operated by Dead Sea Beauty, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please do not access or use this website. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. You should always check these Terms and Conditions prior to using the Dead Sea Beauty website. Your continued use of the Dead Sea Beauty website following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions will mean you accept those changes.
Orders can only be accepted from customers aged 18 or over. All items are subject to availability. Dead Sea Beauty reserves the right to alter prices and specification without prior notice.

Payment
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card, debit card or personal cheque. In the event of payment being declined by your bank or card issuer, Dead Sea Beauty shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

Despatch of goods
Most of the products that are offered online are stocked in our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays). However, at busy times, this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery. All items are subject to availability. In some cases, a product may be out of stock or may not be readily available. In such situations, we will notify you immediately by email and provide an estimated time of delivery, or a full refund if you prefer. Dead Sea Beauty reserves the right to alter prices and specification without prior notice. However, rest assured that the price will not alter once your order has been placed. Goods are sent by Royal Mail or courier and will require a signature on delivery.

Delivery – Offshore UK and Overseas
Orders to overseas locations are sent using either a tracked delivery system or may require a signature on delivery. International orders are generally received within 5 days from posting.
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside
Cancellation of order
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods. Customers wishing to cancel an order should email returns@deadseabeauty.co.uk . Any special offers or free gifts received with the order should also be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. When returning your item(s) we recommend that they are sent by Recorded Delivery, Dead Sea Beauty will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the goods until they are received by us. Please note that we cannot pay the return postage cost. This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we have received the goods (in saleable condition) a refund for their cost will be made to your credit card or debit card. In the case of original payment by cheque, we will send you the refund in the form of a company cheque. We will aim to process returns as soon as possible after receipt.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of your goods arriving damaged or having been damaged in transit, you must notify Dead Sea Beauty within 4 working days of receipt of goods.
